At Banana Splits Activewear, the complete satisfaction of our customers is always top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below, and feel free to get in touch if you need additional information. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

HOW DO I ORDER FROM YOU, HOW DO YOUR DROPS WORK?

We are currently dropping ready made pole wear sets on certain dates. There will be a countdown timer on the website and on our Instagram page to let you know when the next drop will be. On the date of the drop the shop will go live with our new collection. As we only use limited edition fabrics now and make pole wear in small batches there will only be 1-2 sets available in each fabric in each size so these will be sold on a first come first serve basis. These items will remain on the website until sold and new stock will be added on each drop date. You can of course still contact us via the custom order form on our site if you want something different, specific or in a specific size.

Made to order sets: Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders are most often dispatched in less time than this and we will only use the full 15 days during our peak times. Please remember that most sets are handmade to order unless stated in the description.

Ready made sets: will be dispatched next working day and sent with Evri which takes approx 2-4 working days for delivery. If you need a faster delivery just let me know.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Postage and packaging is current set at £5.00 within the UK and takes approx 2-4 days from dispatch for delivery. A tracking number will be made available to you via email once your order has been dispatched. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship internationally. Please note your delivery charge is worked out via weight and country. Your order may be subject to customs/import taxes and fees. We have zero control over this as it is set by your local government. We are not responsible for these fees. If you refuse to pay these your order will be shipped back to Banana Splits Activewear and you will be charged a secondary delivery charge.

DO YOU STOCK EXTENDED SIZES?

We currently stock UK size 6-16 and are working on increasing this as we type. Before we offer a wider range of sizes we want to make sure we get the fit right so that everyone feels incredible in our pole wear. If you fall out these sizes please do contact us as we may be able to help you sooner.

HOW DO I WASH MY POLE WEAR?

To get the most out of your Banana Splits Activewear please follow the care label sewn into the seams of your garments. Do not tumble dry or dry your pole wear using heat as the fabrics contain elastic fibres which weaken with heat. Due to the nature of many of the fabrics we use (velvet, glitter, sparkles) many of our designs will be hand wash only.

DO YOU DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Exchange

If you decide that your order isn’t for you or the fit isn’t quite right we will happily exchange for another one. Please ensure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (bananasplitsactivewear@hotmail.com or via our contact page). We will do out best to fulfil your exchange request but please note this may not always be possible due to fabric supply. Your new order may be made to order if we don't have one ready made so please allow an additional 15 days plus postage. You are responsible for the return postage and all items need to be sent back signed for to ensure safe return. 

 

Returns

We do not accept returns on any items that are made to order, we can of course accept returns on any of our ready made pieces. Returns are only accepted if items are faulty or the incorrect order has been made. Please note that we have a very stringent quality control process in place however occasionally some items may slip through. Please ensure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (bananasplitsactivewear@hotmail.com or via our contact page).

A refund will only be provided:

  • If you contact us within the 7 day timeframe

  • Items are returned unworn, unwashed and free from make up, deodorant and any other damage or stains/smells

  • Items have been tried on with underwear underneath

  • Buyers will need to pay for postage however this will be refunded if the return is due to our error provided items are sent back in perfect condition and meet the returns criteria

  • Please provide your name, address, contact details and reason for return​
